About Emma

I am a 39-year-old Mother of 3, my two boys James and Benjamin and daughter Amaia, and Wife to Pablo. We live in the beautiful place that is Underwood which is in Nottinghamshire where I am a Child Nutritionist.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic and have had this for 35 years, I have it under control and lead a normal life.  Growing up with it was tough as my Grandparents had to weigh my carbohydrates and what I could eat was limited (if only we knew then what we know now) Now I eat a healthy, balanced diet which consists of anything and everything I like or want.
